The Prime Minister of our country is going to start the Aadhar card followed by the Digital Health Card scheme. The main objective of Health ID Card 2020-21 is to digitally store medical data of all citizens of the country. Through this scheme, people no longer need to carry physical reports to get their treatment done. They only need to carry this digital ID. Through which Dr. Patient will be able to access medical data. Through this scheme time will also be saved and data of any kind will never be lost.

  3. Health Facility Registry - In which all hospitals, clinics, labs will be able to connect and get unique ID. And also be able to update your information.
  4. Personal health records where people will be able to update their health information.

  1. Under this card, people will have health related information like blood group, reports, doctor prescription and medicines related information etc.
  2. The digital health card will be of 14 digits.
  3. This card will have a unique QR code.
  4. Apart from the people of the country, doctors, government and non-government hospitals, clinics, dispensaries etc. will all be added.
  5. Details cannot be viewed without user information, they must have password and OTP.

  1. Data of all patients will be digitally stored through PM Modi Health ID Card 2021.
  2. Through this scheme, people will no longer need to carry their medical reports everywhere. Because their medical report will start in this ID which doctors will be able to access.
  3. This scheme has been announced by the Prime Minister of our country, Shri Narendra Modi on the occasion of Independence Day.

To avail this scheme, the applicant must be a permanent resident of India.

  • Procedure to apply online for Health ID Card
    1. First of all, you have to visit the official website of the National Digital Health Mission.
    2. Now the home page will open in front of you.
    3. On the home page, you have to click on the link for Create Health ID.
    4. Now another new page will open in front of you, on which you will have to click on the link of Create Your Health ID Now. 
    5. Now if you want to generate health ID through Aadhaar card, then you have to click on the link through generate Aadhaar card and if you want to generate health ID through mobile number, then you have to click on the link of generate via mobile.
    6. If you have selected an Aadhaar card, then you will have to fill your Aadhaar number and if you have selected your mobile number, then you will have to fill your mobile number.
    7. Now OTP will come on your phone. You must fill this OTP in the OTP box.
    8. After this the form will open in front of you, in which the information asked will have to be filled carefully. 
    9. Now you have to click on submit button.After clicking on the submit button, your health ID will be generated
